Trusted Tips and Key Reminders
- Even though it's a no-bake recipe, you can still get that "campfire" flavor by torching marshmallows lightly after you layer on top. It instantly adds that smoky, toasted flavor that you need in a s'mores.
- Use two spoons to add the marshmallow cream to the graham crackers if you don't want to get your fingers dirty. One spoon to scoop the cream, the other to scrape it off and into the cup.
- Tap the entire parfait lightly on the surface to settle the layers as you make them.
The Key Ingredients

- Graham Crackers - They're a very necessary ingredient in making s'mores as they hold it all together, but in these smores parfait cups, they are the base of the cup and layered a second time in the middle. If you don't want to blend them, you can give them a good crumble instead.
- Marshmallow Cream - AKA fluff, it's the creamy, sticky, gooey mix of marshmallows. You could also swap this for whipped cream.
- Chocolate Pudding - I opted for the classic chocolate pudding in a container rather than making it from a box. Personal preference, but I also wanted to make this recipe very approachable and not complicated.
- Marshmallows - Mini marshmallows topped on top, then torched to add a little more campfire feel, yes, it's a necessity.

Simple Swaps and Substitutions
- If you want to use whipped cream instead of the marshmallow cream, you can use so and it will work well.
- Opt for a vegan marshmallow like Dandies, and use a vegan or dairy-free chocolate pudding.
- If you'd prefer to make this into an ice box cake rather than mini cups, this works well in an 8x8 pan with layered graham crackers (whole), then repeat the steps below.
- You do not need to blend the graham crackers if you would prefer to crumble them by hand.
How to make easy s'mores parfaits cups

Step 1: Add the graham crackers to a food processor, then blend until very fine.

Step 2: Create an assembly line of graham crackers, chocolate pudding, and marshmallow cream. Begin with a layer of blended graham crackers, then a dollop of chocolate pudding. Last, top with a scoop of the marshmallow cream. repeat until ¾ of the shot glass or parfait cup is full.

Step 3: Top the s'mores cups with mini marshmallows.

Step 4: Use a blow torch or longer lighter to lightly toast and char the mini marshmallows.

S'mores Parfait FAQs
I honestly do not recommend preparing them ahead of time longer than just one day. The reason is that the chocolate pudding will make the graham crackers soggy.
You can freeze them! Be sure to use freezer-friendly cups or containers, preferably with lids.
I used a smaller 3oz shot glasses, but you can go as big as 5oz!
