I love easy, handheld foods like wraps-they're perfect for eating on the go! You can stuff them with just about anything, but my favorite is a classic chicken Caesar salad wrap.
This recipe for a caesar salad wrap keeps it simple with accessible ingredients and bite-sized portions to satisfy all your wrap cravings!

Why you'll love this chicken caesar salad wrap
- This wrap is very simple and easy to assemble within 10 minutes, so it's great for on the go!
- You can make this wrap as large or as small as you'd like.
- Wraps are handheld and portable, so no need for bulky containers.
- These are great on a platter for entertaining.
What ingredients do I need for this snack wrap?

- Tortillas - there's so many different sizes of tortillas out there, but the ones I used are from Trader Joe's (homemade flour tortillas) and they're perfect size.
- Chicken - I like using plain grilled chicken for this wrap.
- Croutons - croutons, to me, are essential for a chicken caesar salad wrap.
- Caesar dressing - Newman's Own is a favorite of mine, and you don't need more than two tablespoons.
- Parmesan cheese - fresh grated or pre-grated works great.
- Lettuce - any fresh, crispy, crunchy greens work here like butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg.
See the recipe card below for more information about specific quantities.
Ways to vary this recipe
- Use your favorite lettuce in the wrap!
- Instead of using grilled chicken, feel free to swap with a chicken cutlet likely my ridiculously juicy chicken cutlets. They're amazing. Trust me.
- Rather than a creamy caesar dressing, you can use a lighter version or make your own.
- Make it vegan with a meat alternative and vegan-friendly parmesan and dressing.
- Make this into a caesar salad flatbread by adding all of the ingredients to a flatbread and cutting into slices.
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: In a medium bowl, add lettuce with diced grilled chicken and croutons.

Step 2: To the bowl, grate in fresh parmesan cheese.

Step 3: Last, pour the caesar salad dressing on top and toss to combine.

Step 4: Add some of the salad to a tortilla and roll into a wrap. Slice in half and serve.
HINT: Place the wrap in a pan on medium heat seam side down to griddle the wrap and warm it up before slicing.

Serving Suggestions
- Create a lunch board with a variety of different snack wraps and sandwiches or small bites like my pesto pizza pinwheels!
- Make the wrap into small bites for kiddos to take to school.
- Use this as an assembly line for dinner. Set up all the ingredients and give family a chance to make their own.
Storage Recommendations
To Store: Since salads tend to wilt and get soggy fast, I would suggest not making this ahead of time, especially since the croutons will get soft. This is one of those recipes that is best prepped the day you want to make it.
