Ingredients

flatbreads or naans

pears

wedge
brie cheese
rind on, room temperature

tablespoon
honey
fresh thyme
optional
Instructions
Rinse the pears and slice into ¼" thin pieces.
Slice the wedge of brie cheese into pieces, and separate and stretch a little.
Preheat the oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the flatbreads down onto the parchment and add the pears.
Top the pears with the brie cheese and a sprinkle of the fresh thyme. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Notes
Pre-bake the bread for a few minutes ahead of time at 400º for 6-7 minutes. This will ensure that the flatbread gets even more crispy as it cooks.
