Slice up the watermelon into small chunks of fruit, then lay on a flat plate. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
To the watermelon and feta, add in the torn, sliced, or grated mint leaves.
Lastly, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze on top, the serve.
Notes
Use Glaze, not Vinegar: When adding the balsamic, you want to use the thicker, sweeter balsamic glaze instead of the vinegar. It adds an even sweeter, sharper flavor to the watermelon, and when paired with the feta, it's a balance in flavor.Microplane (or finely slice) the Mint: Sometimes mint can become overpowering if unevenly ripped or chopped, so you can either use a microplane to make the mint very fine, or mince/finely slice the mint into thin strips.
