Ingredients

pat dried

coconut aminos

orange
juiced

Local Hive Honey Cali Citrus honey

Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Take the salmon filets and pat dry. Place them on the baking sheet and set aside.
Add the coconut aminos, orange juice, and honey to a bowl and mix vigorously until the honey is dissolved.
Using a spoon, pour the glaze mixture over the top of both salmon filets.
Optional to top the salmon with fresh cracked pepper.
Bake the salmon for 17 minutes. Pair with rice and vegetable of choice.
