1 microplane or box grater
Ingredients

bag
shaved brussels sprouts
or 2 cups thinly chopped brussels sprouts

tablespoon
olive oil
½
cup
craisins

tablespoon
lemon juice
½
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
In a large bowl, pour in the brussels sprouts then toss with olive oil.
Add in the craisins, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese then toss.
Feel free to add more oil and massage the brussels sprouts to soften.
Optional to top the salad with fresh cracked pepper.
