Flaky and Tender Honey Glazed Salmon

Your mouth will water the moment you take this salmon out of the oven. This honey glazed salmon, featuring Local Hive Honey's Cali Citrus honey, is tender, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make!

Equipment

  • 1 large baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 4oz filet of salmon pat dried
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 2 tablespoon Local Hive Honey Cali Citrus honey
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Take the salmon filets and pat dry. Place them on the baking sheet and set aside.
  • Add the coconut aminos, orange juice, and honey to a bowl and mix vigorously until the honey is dissolved.
  • Using a spoon, pour the glaze mixture over the top of both salmon filets.
  • Optional to top the salmon with fresh cracked pepper.
  • Bake the salmon for 17 minutes. Pair with rice and vegetable of choice.
