Small Batch Rose Sangria
This small batch rose sangria is the perfect refreshing cocktail to make to welcome in warmer, sunnier days!

Equipment
- 1 cocktail shaker
- 1 cocktail spoon
- 1 jigger
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups semi dry rose wine
- 1 shot Gin or vodka
- 1 shot grapefruit liqueur
- 6 oz Fresca soda or lemon lime soda
- ice
Instructions
- In a small pitcher, add the gin, grapefruit liqueur, fresh squeezed orange juice, and rose wine.
- Top with ice and Fresca. Using a cocktail spoon, stir the sangria around to incorporate all the ingredients together.
- Pour into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
Do NOT add the Fresca to the shaker and shake it, it will explode everywhere because Fresca is a carbonated drink. This is why we use the spoon to stir it in before pouring into a glass.
