Preheat the oven to 400º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the salmon and lay on the baking sheet.
Prepare the vegetables and add to the sheet pan on either side of the salmon.
Season the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
To the salmon, drizzle olive oil and top with your favorite seasoning.
Place in the oven to bake for 15-17 minutes, and serve.

Pat Dry before Seasoning - Be sure to pat dry the salmon (or filet of fish you choose) before adding the olive oil and seasoning.Use Fresh Fish - I have used frozen, pre-packaged, and fresh fish, and without fail, each time I use a frozen and thawed piece of salmon, I am always unhappy. I would suggest to use fresh fish as often as you can.Look for Even Cuts - When choosing a fish or a few filets of fish, try to get ones that are even in thickness so that they cook evenly and at the same time.
