Greek Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp dried coriander
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

For the Gravy

  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp flour or arrowroot or cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp dill sprigs


  1. Preheat the oven to 350* and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Combine the turkey meat, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings together in a mixing bowl. using your hands, fold the ingredients together until just combined. DO NOT OVER MIX.

  3. Using a tsp of oil, coat your hands and take a spoon to scoop meat and form into a meatball. Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all the meat is finished.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Pour gravy on top and enjoy!

For the Gravy

  1. Heat the vegetable stock on a medium heat and bring to a light boil. Add the dill

  2. Add the flour and whisk to combine.

  3. Lower the flame to medium low and whisk until the gravy begins to thicken and coat the back of a spoon. (approximately 3-5m). Pour over meatballs
