Croissant French Toast Bake

Croissants are a classic breakfast pastry. When made into a decadent french toast bake, you've got the ultimate brunch breakfast item that everyone will be fighting for the last serving.

Brown Sugar

Croissants

Milk

Vanilla Extract

Rip the croissants into large chunks and place into a oven-safe baking dish.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over the top of the croissants, making sure to coat all of the croissants.

Top with a little brown sugar and bake for 25 minutes.

 Let cool slightly before adding the berries on top, then scoop and pour the maple syrup.
